Qualifications

  • 2+ years hands-on experience in electrical, EV, or related client-facing role.
  • Associate’s degree or certification in a relevant technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of electric vehicle charging systems and electrical systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair EV charging infrastructure with advanced tools.
  • Maintain records and coordinate with third parties for project execution.
  • Ensure services are completed on time, within scope and budget.
  • Offer additional services and create warm leads for sales.
  • Provide and maintain own basic hand tools for work on EV chargers.
  • Adhere to safety protocols in high‑voltage environments.
  • Track performance, report progress, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain professionalism at client sites and build relationships with vendors.
  • Pursue ongoing training and professional development.
