Pearce is a leading technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions for mission-critical electromechanical infrastructure across North America. Pearce delivers maintenance, repair, and engineering services for UPS, generators, BESS, and other critical systems.

We are seeking an EV Charging Field Service Technician to repair and maintain EV charging stations regionally, perform site safety tasks, and document work in the CMS.

Formación

• 2+ years of servicing electrical power equipment in commercial/utility energy or equivalent experience.
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English; CMMS experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform OEM testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades to EV chargers from Level 2 to DC Fast Chargers.
• Conduct insulation, thermal imagery, torque testing and performance evaluations.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and locate ground faults.
• Coordinate with Planning/Scheduling to ensure timely work orders and updates in CMMS.
• Review site manuals/drawings; perform in-field preventive and corrective maintenance.
