Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking an EV Charging Field Service Electrician to service and repair onsite EV charging stations across a defined region. The role requires electrical expertise, independence in the field, and adherence to safety and contractual requirements.

Compensation includes an hourly rate with DOE, plus a comprehensive benefits package. You will perform OEM testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance on chargers ranging from Level 2 to DC Fast Chargers, and coordinate with the Planning

Qualifications

• Certified Electrician (Journeyman) required.
• 2+ years of electrical power equipment service experience.
• Experience with EV chargers, solar power installations preferred.
• Strong reading/writing English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades on EV chargers from Level 2 to DC Fast Chargers.
• Conduct insulation and thermal testing, torque tests and performance evaluations.
• Troubleshoot issues and locate ground faults with minimal supervision.
• Maintain schedules and complete work orders accurately and on time.
• Document site conditions and maintenance actions in CMMS.
