Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant field service experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Master Electrician/Journeyman license or equivalent experience.
• Experience with EV charging hardware is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary service liaison between Electrify America and equipment manufacturers for field issues.
• Review service bulletins, advisories, and firmware/hardware updates with internal teams.
• Coordinate troubleshooting steps, repair requirements, and field actions with vendors and teams.
• Maintain visibility of OEM issues and communicate findings to NOC, engineering, and service teams.
• Lead training and certification programs for field staff and partners.
• Support cost control, warranty reconciliation, and budget planning with vendors.
