Pearce, a technology-enabled provider of asset management services, is seeking an EV Charging Field Service Electrician to support onsite maintenance of EV charging stations across a defined region. The role requires independent field work, safety focus, and a Saturday-Wednesday schedule.

You will perform testing and repairs on Level 2 to DC fast chargers, review site manuals, and document work in CMMS. A Journeyman Electrician license and 2+ years of electrical service experience are required;

Formación

• Electrical – Certified Electrician (Journeyman level) from a relevant state (REQUIRED).
• 2+ years’ equivalent experience in servicing electrical power equipment in the commercial or utility energy field and/or formal electrical training.
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills; EV chargers or solar power knowledge preferred.
• Must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform OEM testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades to EV chargers ranging from Level 2 to DC Fast Chargers.
• Test insulation, thermal imagery, torque tests, and performance evaluations.
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and locate/isolate ground faults.
• Coordinate with Planning to ensure schedules and work orders are completed on time.
• Review site manuals/drawings for proper service and maintenance.
• In-field electrical and mechanical preventative and corrective maintenance and reporting.
