Pearce is seeking an experienced EV Charging Field Service Electrician to repair and maintain EV charging stations across a defined region. You will perform electrical and mechanical tasks, document site work, and operate with minimal supervision in varying field conditions.

The role requires Journeyman Electrician certification, 2+ years in electrical power equipment service, and strong troubleshooting skills. A CMMS and MS Office proficiency are a plus; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Electrician (Journeyman level) from a relevant state is REQUIRED.
• 2+ years’ experience servicing electrical power equipment in the commercial or utility energy field or related electrical training.
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills; experience with EV chargers, solar installations, or power electronics is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Perform OEM testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades to EV chargers from Level 2 to DC Fast Chargers.
• Conduct insulation testing, thermal imagery, torque tests, and performance evaluations.
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and locate ground faults.
• Coordinate with Planning and Scheduling to keep maintenance on track and complete work orders.
