Job summary

Pearce is seeking a skilled EV Charging Field Service Electrician in California to repair and maintain EV charging stations across a regional area. You will work in the field, report on site conditions, and ensure safety and reliability of power equipment.

The role requires independence, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to read manuals and drawings. A company vehicle, tools, and on-the-job training are provided, with pay range $28.00-$40.00 hourly DOE.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state Journeyman Electrician license.
• 2+ years of experience servicing electrical power equipment in commercial/utility energy fields.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades for EV chargers from Level 2 to DC fast chargers.
• Use CMMS to generate and track site work requirements.
• Maintain site equipment and document field reports and work orders.
