Job summary

ChargeTronix, an innovator in modular EV charging solutions, seeks an EV Charger Technical Support Specialist to diagnose and repair DC EV chargers and support field technicians. You will handle customer tickets, provide remote guidance, and help with installations, configurations, and software updates.

Ideal candidates have a strong electrical background, hands-on hardware experience, and excellent communication. Travel domestically as needed, in a fast-paced, customer-first team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred but not required.
• Hands‑on experience with low voltage components (12v/24v).
• Proven experience in technical support or field service, preferably in EV industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems including AC/DC power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt technical support to customers via written and verbal communication.
• Diagnose electrical issues with EV charging equipment remotely and on-site.
• Assist with installation procedures, configuration settings, and software updates.
• Maintain records in a CRM/Ticketing system and create troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and sales to improve products.
