You will work 20–25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, and support studio operations while building deep product and brand knowledge. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 18 years old minimum and High School diploma/GED required.
• Authorized to work in the USA; visas sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the next step in their journey.
• Build knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
• Provide backend order support and status clarity.
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
• Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean and charged.
• Assist with facility needs and maintenance requests.
