Job summary

ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) is seeking a Commodity Manager (Energy) based in Riverside, CA. This role owns end-to-end strategy, sourcing, and supplier performance for HV battery commodities across the product lifecycle, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance to deliver measurable value.

Lead negotiations, contracting, and supplier reviews while ensuring risk management and continuity. Travel anticipated ~30% domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of strategic sourcing or supplier-management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in automotive or high-volume sourcing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a multi-year commodity strategy aligned with roadmaps and supplier portfolio.
• Lead make-versus-buy analyses with cross-functional teams.
• Drive Sourcing Council reviews with full case documentation.
• Lead RFx, due diligence, negotiation, contracting, and transition.
