Job summary

Harbinger, an American commercial EV company, is seeking a Battery Manufacturing team member to build prototype battery modules and packs for the Vehicle Build Program, supporting both prototype and production builds.

You will train the next wave of Battery Production Associates, set up work instructions, and collaborate with Production and Design to identify and solve throughput and quality issues. This role requires strong attention to detail and teamwork.

• Experience creating and following instructions to build complex assemblies with precision.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and integrity.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful and diligent.

Responsibilities

• Build prototype sample battery modules and packs and learn every element of battery production.
• Train next wave of Battery Production Associates to future prototype samples and production level packs.
• Set up work instructions and quality points on battery production process.
• Set up tiered board to measure Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People Development.
• Setup workstations and eliminate any safety issue or ergonomic issue.
• Work closely with Production and Design team to identify, support root cause, and eliminate all throughput and quality related issues.
• Be able to work in a team environment with a Can-do attitude.
• Able to carefully follow instructions to build quality in station.
