Job summary
Harbinger is seeking a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, Battery to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge battery manufacturing systems for EV production. You will guide cross-functional teams and shape strategies to improve quality and efficiency across battery, drivetrains, and electronics lines.
The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in advanced manufacturing with a focus on batteries, plus strong leadership, automation, and problem-solving skills to drive scalable mass
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
- 8–10+ years in advanced manufacturing, with strong battery background.
- Experience leading large-scale manufacturing projects from concept to production.
- Expertise in EV manufacturing processes and automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop long-term manufacturing strategies for EV production.
- Lead cross-functional teams for design, commissioning, and ramp-up of battery, drivetrain, and electronics systems.
- Drive automation, robotics, and AI-driven improvements.
- Ensure ISO/TS 16949/IATF 16949 quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor engineers and build high-performing teams.
