The role drives strategic innovations, oversees multi-disciplinary programs, evaluates new equipment, and ensures ISO/IATF compliance while mentoring engineers and promoting lean, data-driven improvements. Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years in advanced manufacturing with battery experience and a proven track

Competenze

• 8–10+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering, with a strong background in battery.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing projects from concept to full-scale production.

• Strategic Leadership in Manufacturing Innovation: develop and execute long-term strategies for advanced manufacturing processes to support EV production.
• Program Oversight and Execution: direct cross-functional teams to design, commission, and ramp up manufacturing systems for EV components (batteries, drivetrains, electronics).
• Technology Evaluation and Integration: identify, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art equipment and processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Quality and Compliance Leadership: define and enforce ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949 standards and ensure environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance.
