HSAGP ENERGY in Kingston, GA seeks an Assembly Tech Process Supervisor to oversee core EV battery manufacturing processes, including notching, vacuum drying, stacking, tab-welding, and packaging. You will supervise technicians, coordinate with process engineers, safety, quality, and production teams, and mentor staff as needed.

Responsibilities include tool and fixture maintenance, line changeovers, PFMEA support, safety program adherence, and shift management to balance workloads and ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel)
• Night shift availability preferred but not required, unless specified during the interview
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing, especially in automotive, electrical component, and/or chemical manufacturing preferred
• Experience with LEAN, SPC, Six Sigma programs preferred
• Experience with MES preferred

• Maintenance: Tool & Mold Replacement and Management
• Process Engineering: Line change-overs and PFMEA support
• Work Environment/Safety Management: 3R and 5S adherence
• Shift Management: Technician supervision, attendance, workload balancing, and handovers
• Report incidents or equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance
• Ensure safety protocols and secure work conditions
