Job summary

LGES-Honda Joint Venture, L-H Battery Company, in Jeffersonville, Ohio, seeks a Facilities Production Support Services Part Lead to head the PSS operations on assigned shifts. You will mentor technicians and contractors, manage workload, training, project management, and ensure environmental compliance and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include supervising SRP, CESS, HOB, and environmental equipment, developing SOPs, and reporting to leadership with KPI insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience in facilities/maintenance leadership.
• Experience managing technical crews and contracted services.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment operations, maintenance, and repair activities for technicians and contracted staff.
• Oversee PSS staffing and daily tasks on assigned shifts.
• Ensure safe operation of SRP, CESS, HOB, and environmental equipment.
