Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Master's preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in production technology or manufacturing engineering (1+ years preferred).
• Experience with yield analysis, OEE metrics, or process improvement preferred.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, or process documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze productivity, yield, and OEE for assigned processes and departments.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process conditions to maximize yield and OEE with engineers and operators.
• Support specification optimization and establishment of process conditions.
• Support defect reduction and process capability management.
• Analyze quality issues and assist with corrective actions.
• Handle non-conformance reports and support improvement activities.
• Assist audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment rules.
• Maintain Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, CPs, and SOPs; train operators on procedures.
