Job summary

You will lead performance, reliability, and capability improvements, coordinating across process, manufacturing, facilities, and supplier teams to optimize tooling and yield. The role requires a strong technical leadership background, 5+ years in semiconductor equipment engineering, and direct experience with complex EUV systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 5+ years in semiconductor equipment engineering or related.
• Experience troubleshooting complex lithography equipment.
• Proven track record leading technically complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Own performance, reliability, and productivity of EUV lithography equipment.
• Lead installations, upgrades, qualifications, maintenance strategies.
• Drive improvements in scanner performance, imaging, and contamination control.
• Analyze data and establish monitoring systems to improve overlay and focus.
• Provide technical leadership through supplier management and cross-functional collaboration.
