You will organize the project, plan experiments, and manage resources to test hypotheses and scale performance. Collaboration with laser scientists, controls, and software teams is essential as you push power and stability while aligning with program goals. You will report progress to senior management and ensure robust documentation.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in physics, laser engineering, photonics or related field.
• Proven project management and leadership across full lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and experimental design skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and effective communication.
• Hands-on experience with complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead light source research projects within the S-Next program.
• Develop and maintain project plans and test strategies.
• Coordinate resource planning and cross-functional alignment.
• Report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive innovation to scale EUV/DUV power and stability.
• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer to teams.
