Job summary

ASML US is seeking a Technical Project Lead to manage the critical path of key deliverables for Source Research learning and testing. You will align triple constraints across stakeholders, oversee hardware/software integration, and drive release strategies for baselines and upgrades.

The role requires coordinating across departments and leading the assigned test engineering activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality across complex EUV-related projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large technical projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage schedule, resources and cost constraints (triple constraints).
• Strong communication with stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage system hardware and software integration milestones.
• Track deliverable status to plan and leadership reviews.
• Own release strategy for baselines and upgrades.
• Coordinate with Safety, Facilities, Operations, Manufacturing and Engineering groups.
• Escalate issues and drive root-cause corrective actions.
