Job summary

ASML US, LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking a Project Lead for the Light Conditioning Team. You will organize, plan and deliver optical components across multiple concurrent projects, coordinating engineers, co-developers and stakeholders to meet requirements.

The role emphasizes architecture, requirements, design, integration, validation and lifecycle support, with responsibility for risk assessment and change management in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Optics, Controls, or related field.
• Bachelor’s with minimum 6 years of experience.
• Master’s with minimum 3 years of experience.
• PhD with minimum 1 year of experience.
• At least 4 years of experience leading a small to medium sized technical teams.
• Overseeing multiple concurrent activities is required.
• Strong English communication skills - both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a deliverables plan according to timing, resources and scope.
• Coordinates the deliverables from projects, teams and individuals.
• Manages resources in a team of ~10 cross-functional contributors.
• Identifies bottlenecks and drives improvements.
• Develops and maintains project work breakdown structures and plans.
• Works closely with cross-functional groups and communicates with upper management.
• Delivers progress reports and presentations to stakeholders.
