Job summary

ASML US in San Diego seeks a Project Lead for the Light Conditioning Team to drive planning, execution and delivery of optical components across multiple projects.

You will steer cross-functional teams of engineers and co-developers, manage risk and resources, and ensure milestones are met while communicating progress to upper management and customers. On-site role with fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Optics, Controls, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience leading a small to medium sized technical teams.
• Strong English communication skills – both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, delivery and cross-functional coordination across multiple projects.
• Manage a team of ~10 cross-functional contributors and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and mitigate issues to keep schedules and budgets on track.
