Avantor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to build strong talent pipelines across European markets, partnering with Hiring Managers to identify and qualify top candidates. You will research, engage, and screen prospects, delivering well-qualified slates and an excellent candidate experience while driving market insights and salary benchmarks.

You will collaborate with Business Partners and Hiring Managers, emphasizing active sourcing, market mapping, and stakeholder management.

Formación

• Proven experience in talent sourcing / recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Strong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement.
• Experience working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsabilidades

• Source and engage high-quality candidates across Europe, with focus on DACH.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/virtual interviews.
• Deliver well-qualified shortlists to Hiring Managers.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide data-driven insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
