Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR/generalist or recruitment roles, experience with Workday/ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and a background in candidate relationship management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in HR generalist or in-house recruitment roles.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
• Certification in sourcing or behavioral interviewing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across Western Hemisphere.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to plan staffing.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend offers.
• Provide compensation recommendations and maintain candidate experience.
