Duvo Inc is seeking a Talent Partner to own EU roles end to end, partnering with hiring managers and founders. You will source directly, build pipelines, run the process, and close offers across engineering and GTM roles, with AI-assisted screening and scheduling.

You’ll hire across European markets, bring a sourcer mindset, and apply recruiting automations (Ashby, Zapier, and AI agents) to streamline every step, while maintaining a high bar for quality and speed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting with full-cycle ownership.
• Real sourcer with zero-to-pipeline success for hard roles.
• Experience hiring engineers and commercial roles in EU markets.

Responsabilités

• Own roles and markets; open a role, build pipeline, run process, close offers.
• Source directly; outbound, referrals, AI-assisted search, fast screening.
• Screen candidates thoroughly; provide clear notes and pass/fail decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers; calibrate criteria and manage feedback cycles.
• Maintain agency partnerships; brief and manage performance to our bar.
• Automate processes; scheduling, trials, logistics, and candidate comms.
