Nord Anglia Education, Inc. is hiring a Payroll Specialist to deliver accurate and compliant payroll processing across U.S. locations. You will partner with HR and Finance to support employee needs and ensure operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with UKG, Kronos, and Workday/SuccessFactors. This hybrid role supports US locations and requires bilingual Spanish/English capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in related field (Business, HR, Business or related field).
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated Payroll Processing experience in a multicultural environment.
• Extensive knowledge of payroll systems and software (UKG, Kronos, SuccessFactors).
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations, particularly in Florida, Texas, Massachusetts, Illinois and New York.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls across multiple states with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage payroll for hourly and salaried employees; handle data imports and adjustments.
• Audit payroll data and provide schools with reporting tools for review.
• Support payroll compliance and reporting to government agencies as required.
• Collaborate with HR and Benefits on deductions and integration with benefits.
