Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced payroll leader to oversee international payroll operations, starting with the UK and Spain and expanding to other EU markets. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills and familiarity with migration projects involving NetSuite or Workday.

The ideal candidate will drive compliance with labor laws and tax regulations while serving as the main point of contact for audits, year-end reporting, and employee inquiries.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of international payroll experience, with focus on EMEA countries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with systems migration and NetSuite/Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations for the UK and Spain, with potential expansion to additional EU countries.
