Job summary

Rohlik is seeking a Senior Vice President Operations to lead the next stage of our operational development across Europe, owning performance, scalability and continuous improvement of end-to-end operations from fulfillment to delivery.

You will work with group strategy and local COOs, shaping how our operations scale across markets, including automation and new-market readiness, to deliver growth, profitability and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• A proven track record as a COO, SVP Operations, EVP Operations or an equivalent senior operational leader.
• Experience leading complex, multi-country operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations across all markets.
• Align local COOs to deliver consistently high standards.
• Drive performance across fulfillment centres, supply chain, warehousing, last-mile delivery and customer operations.
• Own group-wide operational P&L performance and drive year-on-year improvements in productivity, efficiency and cost.
• Establish group-wide standards across safety, quality, reliability, customer satisfaction and operational performance.
