Job summary

BlueSteps Connect is seeking a seasoned executive to serve as SVP of Global Operations. You will define the global operations roadmap, overseeing supply chain, manufacturing, and fulfillment to support international expansion and product innovation.

Responsibilities include leading procurement, supplier networks, and cost control, plus guiding S&OP and new product industrialization. You will mentor senior leaders and own KPIs tied to margin, inventory turns, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Progressive operations leadership experience in complex global manufacturing.
• Proven ability to improve margin and inventory velocity.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and supply chain optimization.
• Financial acumen with P&L ownership; international leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define supply chain, manufacturing, and fulfillment roadmaps for global expansion.
• Lead global procurement, supplier networks, and cost control.
• Oversee in-house and outsourced manufacturing activities.
• Manage S&OP processes integrating demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Architect global logistics and fulfillment strategy with international freight optimization.
