Bybit is seeking a Country Manager to spearhead the EU market, driving growth and forming strategic partnerships across the region. The role requires hands-on marketing leadership, a proven track record with KOLs, and fluency in English plus additional EU languages.

You will oversee local operations, coordinate with global teams, and navigate MiCA/MiFID regulations while expanding user acquisition and revenue. A strong crypto management background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with MBA is a strong plus.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in marketing, business development, or general management within tech/fintech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic business plan for the EU market, driving expansion, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Lead and manage all local operations, including marketing campaigns, industry events, and strategic partnership developments.
• Elevate brand awareness and user engagement through targeted marketing initiatives, social media, and community events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, local financial institutions, and ecosystem partners.
• Navigate and ensure compliance with evolving EU regulatory frameworks (MiCA/MiCAR, MiFID, EMI).
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional global teams—including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance—to align local initiatives with core company objectives.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the regional team, fostering a high-performance culture of innovation and collaboration.
