ABB E-mobility seeks an Order Management Team Lead for Europe to guide regional O2C Customer Support, own performance, and drive digital, standardized processes across the order-to-cash value chain.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Order-to-Cash and Customer Support within international organizations.
• Proven people leadership and change-management experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and system integrations.
• Fluent English; Italian and French are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional O2C transformation agenda for the region, including operating model improvements and capability development.
• Lead root-cause analysis of operational issues and translate findings into structural improvements and measurable gains.
• Drive standardization, productivity initiatives, and digitalization across regional O2C operations.
• Own the regional O2C Customer Support operating model and day-to-day execution, ensuring resilient service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Regional O2C Customer Support team for a high-performing organization.
