goTenna is seeking a Growth Lead for Europe to own strategy and execution for expanding our presence in the European Defense Theater. You will transform customer needs into funded programs and sustainable revenue growth, guiding opportunities from initial engagement to enterprise programs.

The role requires strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and deep customer insight, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a clear customer success vision and relentlessly execute.

Qualifications

• Defense Tech sales, business development, partnerships, and growth strategy experience in European Defense Markets.
• Strong strategic vision for goTenna within European markets and ability to execute with discipline and creativity.
• Existing relationships within the European Defense theatre to unlock opportunities and accelerate growth.
• Ability to navigate funding mechanisms and influencing those who fund projects across multiple methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive growth strategies across Europe identifying opportunities, market gaps, and high-value segments.
• Lead capture strategies to generate, qualify, pursue, and win new opportunities with targeted stakeholder engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with operational, technical, and acquisition organizations within European MODs to drive satisfaction and partnerships.
• Navigate budgeting, procurement, and acquisition processes to map how customers plan, fund, and acquire capabilities.
• Drive partner collaboration across external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead cross-functional execution of customer-focused initiatives to align customer needs with business priorities.
