Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in sales leadership, with multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Strong network across NATO, Allied Commands, and European defense primes.
• Experience in defense procurement frameworks and Nordic markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales across Europe, especially NATO and Nordics.
• Own revenue targets and pipeline governance; drive GTM strategy.
• Coach, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team; align cross-functional partners.
