Redwire Defense Tech seeks a Senior Director of Business Development to drive international growth for UAS and advanced sensor solutions across Europe and the Middle East. You will build strategic relationships, pursue major programs with NATO and allied ministries, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful acquisition and transition.

The role demands a proven track record in large program execution with meaningful revenues and the ability to lead sales teams in a fast-paced global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in international business development, defense sales, or strategic capture.
• Experience with NATO procurement agencies or European/Middle Eastern defense customers.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage sales channels.
• Proven success in winning international defense programs and managing complex pursuits.
• Knowledge of export controls (ITAR) and DCS/FMS frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute international growth strategies focused on Europe, the Middle East, NATO, and allied nations.
• Lead international captures, maintain CRM pipeline, and provide leadership updates.
• Cultivate relationships with NATO, European MODs, and key defense partners.
• Serve as program lead for new international accounts before transition to PM.
• Lead responses to international solicitations and tenders with cross-functional teams.
• Provide market intelligence on NATO modernization and defense procurement cycles.
• Coordinate international demonstrations and capability showcases with end users.
• Drive partnerships with primes to strengthen competitive positioning.
• Travel 30%+ for engagements, trade shows, and events.
