Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services is seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to engineer, manage, secure, and optimize the enterprise end user technology environment. You will oversee image creation, deployment, and lifecycle management for desktops, mobile devices, and apps using Intune, SCCM, AD, and JAMF.

Responsibilities include maintaining SOE images, configuring Intune and MDM policies, packaging software, monitoring deployments, and ensuring licensing compliance while delivering reliable user services

Qualifications

• Experience with Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Windows OS engineering.
• Experience with SOE image creation, maintenance, and deployment.
• Hands-on software packaging and endpoint security experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SOE images aligned with client standards.
• Manage Intune, SCCM deployment and device management.
• Develop software packaging and automate deployments.
• Configure AD security controls and GPOs.
• Maintain JAMF for macOS/iOS as needed.
• Document procedures and monitor deployment quality.
