Job summary

The Lead Desktop Engineer - End User Compute (EUC) at T. Rowe Price leads engineering, operations, and security for the enterprise endpoint environment.

You will drive platform modernization, set standards, and mentor Desktop Engineers in a large-scale, hybrid workplace. Responsibilities include designing and administering endpoint management stack (Intune, MECM/SCCM, Entra ID, Jamf Pro), enforcing security baselines, and partnering with Security and IT teams to ensure reliability and compliance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience engineering enterprise endpoint environments.
• 5+ years administering large-scale desktop management platforms.
• Advanced experience with Windows endpoints.
• Experience with modern endpoint management technologies (Intune, MECM/SCCM, Entra ID, Jamf Pro).
• Familiarity with endpoint security (Defender Antivirus, WDAC).
• Strong PowerShell and automation skills.
• Experience leading large deployments and platform modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and administration of end-user compute platforms.
• Establish engineering standards and best practices for endpoint management.
• Mentor Desktop Engineers and lead complex initiatives from concept to production.
• Support Windows, macOS, virtual desktop, and cloud endpoint platforms.
• Develop and enforce security baselines and patch management routines.
• Collaborate with Security and IT teams to ensure compliance and risk reduction.
• Create documentation and runbooks for operations.
