Job summary

AVASO Technology Solutions in Houston is seeking an experienced IT Support specialist to join the Site Technology Servicing team. You will be the onsite point of contact for IT, supporting end-user devices, office software, networks, and servers.

The role requires strong Windows skills, experience with Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, and ServiceNow, with a focus on SLAs, CSAT, and efficient incident resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience in a corporate enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and remote access.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and Microsoft server technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, DHCP, DNS).
• Onsite IT support in a plant environment and ability to prioritize based on SLA and user impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support as the point of contact for the site.
• Troubleshoot end-user devices (desktops, laptops) and office IT issues.
• Install and support software on end-user systems and servers.
• Onboard new users and offboard departing users, including asset management.
• Coordinate with external vendors when needed for support.
• Manage tickets via ServiceNow or similar system.
• Provide guidance to Site Tech and lead project support efforts.
