Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of hands-on experience with enterprise endpoint technologies or desktop infrastructure.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification required.
• Financial services or banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve enterprise endpoint technologies and apps for desktops, laptops, tablets, and virtual desktops services.
• Monitor platform health and perform routine health checks; address conditions affecting stability, security, or user experience.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated endpoint incidents and deployment failures.
• Package, test, deploy OS updates and endpoint remediations across supported environments.
• Administer endpoint management, virtual desktop, content distribution, remote support, asset protection, and related client platforms.
