Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Omnissa, VMware preferred.
• 3+ years in Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer or EUC roles.
• Experience administering Windows environments, desktops, and endpoint management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain enterprise EUC services for performance and reliability.
• Provide third-tier support and guidance to IT teams.
• Administer desktop OS, endpoint management, and mobile devices.
• Enhance security through endpoint hardening and remediation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Create automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and app teams on initiatives.
