Job summary

PRIMUS Global Services is seeking an EUC Deskside Support Engineer for onsite coverage in Austin, Dallas, or Burlington. The role focuses on end-user computing support for enterprise users, with emphasis on Windows 10/11, Office 365, hardware, and troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will provide VIP user support, manage conference room tech, and work with SCCM, Active Directory, and SNOW to resolve issues and fulfill IT requests on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in EUC Deskside Support and Windows administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications and end-user troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT incident management and ServiceNow ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite EUC support for enterprise users.
• Troubleshoot desktop, hardware, and software issues (Windows 10/11, Office 365).
• Assist VIP/concierge users and manage conference room technology.
• Coordinate with IT teams for SCCM, AD, and endpoint management.

EUC Deskside Support Engineer, Onsite

We have an immediate need for an experienced
EUC (End User Compute) Deskside Support Engineer with strong expertise in
desktop support, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and end-user troubleshooting to provide onsite technical support for enterprise users.

This is a
onsite position with openings in Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; and Burlington, VT for a candidate with deep experience in EUC Support, Deskside Support, Windows 10/11 Administration, Microsoft Office 365 Applications, Desktop/Laptop Hardware Support, Software Installation & Troubleshooting, VIP/Concierge User Support, Conference Room Technology Support, Projector and Meeting Room Support, SCCM Client Installation & Troubleshooting, Active Directory, Basic Networking, IT Incident Management, ServiceNow (SNOW), Request Fulfillment, Asset Support, and End User Issue Resolution.
