Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification or equivalent experience.
• Professional certifications in Microsoft, Omnissa, VMware, or related technologies.
• 4–7 years as a Systems Administrator/Engineer or similar role.
• Alternative: one certification plus 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience administering enterprise Windows environments and endpoint management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and performance of EUC servers and infrastructure.
• Provide third-tier technical support and leadership for EUC teams.
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable EUC solutions.
• Strengthen security through hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and diagrams.
