Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an EUC Desktop Engineer I to support end-user computing across our health system. You will design, test and document OS images, apply systems analysis to hardware and software needs, and deploy client applications.

You will mentor staff, participate in an on-call rotation, and contribute to knowledge bases and process improvements. The role emphasizes collaboration with IT Customer Service and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or 2 years' related experience in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 3 years experience in Microsoft Windows (desktop), SCCM, packaging/deployment, or Epic client systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, testing, document and modify computer OS images and deployment.
• Apply system analysis techniques to determine hardware and software specifications.
• Provide guidance, mentoring and training to staff as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support incidents and projects.
• Document content to knowledgebase and maintain team materials.
