Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks an EUC Engineer/Desktop Support Engineer for an onsite contract role in Redmond, WA. You will manage end-user computing environments, including SOE image creation, software deployment, AD administration, and JAMF for Apple devices.

You will also handle Intune, SCCM/MECM deployments, GPOs, and multi-OS support, ensuring security and operational efficiency across Windows and macOS devices. This is an onsite contract position requiring local candidates.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in EUC/End User Support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SOE images aligned with organizational standards.
• Develop and manage SOE configuration image projects.
• Update and maintain software images.
• Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance.
• Identify software conflicts and compatibility issues.
• Maintain documentation and update ITSM records.
• Recommend EUC platform standards and architecture.
• Evaluate desktop applications and consolidation opportunities.
• Test new standards against existing infrastructure.
• Document exceptions and technology evaluations.
• Track activities through ITSM processes.
