Job summary

Net2Source is seeking an End User Computing Engineer in Redmond, WA to oversee enterprise EUC environments, including desktops, mobile devices, applications, and OS images. You will manage deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management while ensuring security, compliance, and reliability.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration of Intune, SCCM/MECM, AD/GPO, JAMF, and PowerShell automation, with a focus on continuous improvement of workplace technology and user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Windows OS engineering.
• Experience with SOE image creation, maintenance, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with software packaging and endpoint security.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO management, and identity services.
• Experience with mobile device management and security compliance.
• Familiarity with JAMF for macOS/iOS environments.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, manage, and optimize the enterprise end user technology environment.
• Oversee configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of desktops and mobile devices.
• Ensure compliance with standards and security controls across EUC platforms.
• Collaborate on packaging, imaging, and OS deployment strategies.
• Document processes, incidents, and improvements for enterprise EUC.
