Job summary

Sharp Brains is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to provide deskside support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on end-user assistance, imaging, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Windows devices.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage tickets, and collaborate with IT teams on rollouts and migrations while delivering high-quality service to end-users.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on EUC/Desktop support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, laptop/desktop hardware, and peripheral devices.
  • Experience with device imaging and deployment (SCCM, Intune, or similar).
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting, VPN, and remote support tools.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
