Job summary

MinIO is seeking a Sr Regional Sales Manager to lead public sector growth in the EU, selling to ministries, agencies, universities, and health bodies with €250K+ deals. You will combine storage, data infrastructure, AI/ML, and HPC expertise with a deep understanding of public procurement cycles to win complex, multi-stakeholder contracts.

Qualifications

• Public Sector Sales Expertise: 7+ years in EU enterprise or public-sector sales with quota attainment and €250K+ deals.
• Procurement Fluency: Experience with public tenders, frameworks, and procurement officers.
• Technical Acumen: Strong storage, data infra, AI/ML, and HPC knowledge; can engage researchers and architects.

Responsibilities

• Drive Public Sector Business Development across ministries, agencies, research and public institutions.
• Lead technical and vision selling, translating capabilities into mission outcomes.
• Navigate public procurement processes, respond to RFIs/RFPs/ITTs with cross-functional teams.
• Close complex deals with long, committee-driven cycles and demonstrate cloud-native advantages.
• Support security reviews and build business cases with ROI/TOC models.
• Partner with resellers, SI, and alliance partners to extend coverage.
