Trade Republic is hiring to manage payroll end-to-end for 500+ employees across eight European countries, with relocation support as needed. The role works closely with the People Department to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and a positive employee experience.

• 1+ years of experience in (preparatory) payroll in a hyper growth environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and procedural skills.
• High attention to detail, solution oriented and advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with diplomacy.
• Ability to work with multiple different stakeholders at the same time.
• Fluent English language skills (German would be a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Own the monthly preparatory payroll process end to end for our 500+ employees in 8 European countries.
• Proactively kick-off and lead projects that aim for more streamlined, scalable and efficient processes with the focus on employee experience.
• Become a trusted partner and expert within the organization and especially the People Department for payroll matters.
• Be the first point of contact for our employees in all payroll related questions.
• Build a strong and trust-based relationships with our main stakeholder across the organization and partner with functions like finance, audit as well as external partners.
