Job summary

Trade Republic is seeking a payroll professional to own the monthly preparatory payroll process for 500+ employees in 8 European countries. You will lead projects to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.

As a trusted payroll expert, you will be the go-to contact for payroll inquiries, collaborating closely with the People, Finance, and external partners to ensure accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in (preparatory) Payroll in a hyper growth environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and procedural skills.
• High attention to detail, solution oriented and strong Excel/Sheets proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly preparatory payroll process end to end for 500+ employees in 8 European countries.
• Proactively kick-off and lead projects that aim for more streamlined, scalable and efficient processes with the focus on employee experience.
• Become a trusted partner and expert within the organization and especially the People Department for payroll matters.
• Be the first point of contact for our employees in all payroll related questions.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across the organization and partner with finance, audit and external partners.
