Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking an Experimentation Analyst to shape experimentation strategy and lead high-impact analytical initiatives to support growth. You will apply deep technical expertise and advanced analytics to solve business problems across teams.

You will design and run AB tests, analyze large datasets, interpret customer behavior, and translate insights into clear business recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences. This is a remote nationwide position with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline; Master’s preferred.
• 4+ years of analytics, experimentation, or optimization experience.
• Strong proficiency in statistical software and programming languages.
• Experience supporting data-driven business decisions.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experiments using A/B testing and related methodologies.
• Analyze large datasets to identify drivers of customer behavior and performance.
• Identify customer behavior patterns and sentiment trends from Empower data.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques to test hypotheses and measure impact.
• Develop analytical requirements for segmentation, prioritization, and targeting.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations and communicate insights to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support business objectives and improve experimentation practices.
