Job summary

HowGood is seeking an experienced EU Sales Director to lead the growth of Latis across Europe. You will own the European go‑to‑market strategy, build a robust enterprise pipeline, and close sizable SaaS agreements while navigating European procurement and regulatory dynamics.

You will work cross‑functionally with Marketing, CS, Product and Research to shape messaging, support onboarding, and identify expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales.
• Experience selling to European CPG/retail clients.
• Background in agriculture, sustainability, Scope 3, carbon accounting, or ESG goals.
• Strong territorial planning, forecasting, and multi‑stakeholder procurement experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Comfort working in a lean, remote team across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the European Sales Strategy: define go‑to‑market plan for Europe across sectors.
• Build and manage pipeline with high‑quality enterprise opportunities and accurate forecasts.
• Lead the full sales cycle with executive dialogues and close $100k+ SaaS deals." ,
• Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, CS, Product, and Research to shape messaging and onboarding.
• Track market trends and regulatory developments and relay client feedback to inform the product roadmap.
• Represent HowGood at industry events and client meetings across Europe.
