HowGood, a lean, mission-driven research company with a global footprint, is seeking a senior sales leader to own the European go-to-market strategy. You will define target accounts, prioritize segments, and plan territory coverage to drive sustainable growth across brands and retailers.

The role leads the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, builds a reliable forecast in CRM, and is rewarded with a €100,000–€115,000 salary plus variable commission and a car allowance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a record of exceeding quota and closing enterprise deals.
• Strong understanding of sustainability, Scope 3 reporting, or carbon accounting; European languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the European GTM plan, including target accounts, segment prioritization, and territory planning.
• Build and maintain pipeline with accurate forecasting in CRM, leading the full sales cycle from prospect to close.
